For Shipments via Third Party Carriers such as UPS, FEDEX or US Postal Service:
If your products arrive in damaged condition, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please send pictures to europafoodmarket@yahoo.com. A claim will have to be filed with the carrier and we can assist in that process. We will inspect pictures of the damages, contact you, and discuss the best way to arrive at satisfactory resolution to the seller and the customer. Do not ship any products back to Europa Food Market unless advised so by Europa Food Market.
For In-store, Pickup, or Delivery Returns:
Our return policy lasts 2 days from the moment of your purchase. For credit, refund, or replacement, the item must be brought back to the store. If extraordinary circumstances prevent you from returning the item to the store, you must send pictures of the item you wish to return to europafoodmarket@yahoo.com. In any case, once we inspect the item, we will contact you and discuss the best way to arrive at satisfactory resolution to the seller and the customer.
