Three (3) Shipping and Delivery Options are available upon customer's payment: Pickup at the store's location; local delivery based on customer's zip code; and shipping via UPS. For shipping, UPS will be the primary third party delivery service. If your package can be delivered faster (primarily Central and Western USA), USPS will be used.
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Exception: if a shipment will not be delivered to a customer prior to Saturday, it will be shipped Monday.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number.
